Ingredients

:

1 cup (240 ml) water
1/4 cup (60 g) organic low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
1/2 banana, peeled
2 tbsp (20 g) uncooked quick oats
1/2 organic apple, seeded
1/4 cup (30 g) dried cranberries
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon


Directions

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and slowly increase to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
