Ingredients

:

1 (118 g) banana, peeled
1/4 cup (40 g) raisins
1/4 cup (60 ml) organic low-fat milk or almond milk
1/4 tsp honey or other sweetener, to taste
1/4 cup (40 g) raw almonds
1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes


Directions

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
