This recipe is for bean-sensitive tummies... or bean haters...now you won't have to sacrifice authentic taste!


Ingredients

:

3 raw organic zucchinis, peeled and chopped
6 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp lemon zest
4 cloves garlic
1 ½ tsp paprika
2 tsp sea salt
½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp turmeric
2 pinch of ground cayenne pepper (optional)
½ cup raw tahini
1 cup sesame seed, soaked
Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzle


Directions

1. Place all ingredients, except oil, into a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth or to desired consistency. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil. Serve with whole-grain crackers, whole-grain pita bread or spread it on sandwiches.
