3 raw organic zucchinis, peeled and chopped Directions
1. Place all ingredients, except oil, into a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth or to desired consistency. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil. Serve with whole-grain crackers, whole-grain pita bread or spread it on sandwiches.
