4 wraps or (flatout breads)
3 organic plum tomatoes, diced
2 cups fresh organic baby spinach or fresh romaine hearts, chopped
1 hass avocado, peeled, thinly sliced
16 oz diced organic chicken breast, cooked

Mayo Avocado Ingredients:

3 hass avocados
1 cup fat free mayo or light mayo or plain greek yogurt
1½ tbsp chopped basil
½ tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
1½ tsp lemon zest


1. Scoop fresh avocados out from peel and place in blender or Vitamix.
2. Combine mayo or yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and basil into blender or Vitamix and blend till smooth.
3. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of avocado mayo onto one side of each flatout bread.
4. Add 4 oz of chicken, ½ cup of spinach or romaine, 1-2 tbsp diced tomatoes, and a few avocado slices to each wrap or flatout bread; roll up.
Not only is it fit, but it's scrumptious too! Enjoy!
