1 fresh guava, peeled or 1 1/2 cups canned
1 banana, frozen
1 orange, peeled, halved
1/2 cup (120 g) nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 lemon, peeled, seeded
1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
3 cups (720 ml) ice cubes
Note: No need to peel the guava if it is very ripe and the skin is soft.


Directions

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on slowly increase speed to Variable 10 and then to High.
4. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached. Adjust consistency with orange juice if needed.
