1 cup (240 ml) soy milk or almond milk
2 tablespoons (30 g) peanut butter
2 tablespoons (30 ml) light chocolate syrup
3 tablespoons (55 g) malted milk powder
2 (118 g) frozen banana, peeled
1 ½ cups (360 ml) ice cubes


Directions

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and slowly increase to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 45 seconds.
