Shrimp Ingredients: 1 pound shrimp (deveined and shells removed) Salad Ingredients: 4 cups fresh organic baby spinach Directions
In a sauce pan heat oil on medium-high heat and cook shrimp, red pepper flakes, salt and fresh ground pepper for about 2 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque. Turning off heat, add "marie's spinach salad dressing" and toss for about 1 minute. Serve immediately over salad ingredients. |
